1. Service Description
AdPrawn (“the Service”) is an AI-powered ad budget optimization platform that connects to your Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads accounts to analyze performance, detect waste, and provide optimization recommendations. The Service is operated by AdPrawn (“we”, “us”).
2. Account Requirements
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be authorized to grant AdPrawn access to the ad accounts you connect.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. What AdPrawn Does
Depending on the mode you select:
- Manual mode: AdPrawn analyzes your campaigns and provides recommendations. You review and implement changes yourself.
- Supervised mode: AdPrawn proposes changes and waits for your approval before executing them via the platform APIs.
- Autonomous mode: AdPrawn automatically executes optimizations within guardrails you define (e.g. maximum budget change per day).
4. Limitations & Disclaimers
- AdPrawn is a tool, not financial advice. All optimization decisions are ultimately your responsibility.
- We do not guarantee specific results, ROAS improvements, or cost savings.
- Ad platform APIs may change, experience downtime, or limit access. We are not responsible for ad platform outages or API changes.
- AI recommendations are based on historical data and statistical models. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- In autonomous mode, AdPrawn makes changes to your live ad campaigns. You are responsible for setting appropriate guardrails.
5. Billing
- Pricing is based on your verified monthly ad spend across all connected platforms.
- All plans include every feature. Price scales only on ad spend.
- Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are billed annually at a discounted rate.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all your ad account data. By connecting your accounts, you grant AdPrawn a limited license to access, analyze, and store your campaign data for the purpose of providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use AdPrawn to violate any ad platform's terms of service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or algorithms.
- Share your account access with unauthorized users.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPrawn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
